The 2018 All American 400 was unfortunately rained out and postponed until April 13th and 14th 2019. The rain started falling 25 laps into the Pro Late Model Feature.
Home town favorite Sterling Marlin started outside row one and quickly took the lead position when the green flag waved. Marlin was proving that he had the car to beat. On lap 21 Michael House nursing his car hoping for yellow with a low left rear tire was the caution and Marlin had no where to go coming out of turn 2 and got collected in the mess. Marlin was able to drive the car to the pits and the crew started to work as the rain started to fall. shortly there after the field was brought to pit road and the race was red flagged for the rain.
If the 25 laps ran are any indication for what is to come in April it will be a must see race early in the season.
